SALES CONSULTANT [SaaS] – DURBANVILLE

 

Location: Durbanville, Cape Town.

 

Our client based in Durbanville, Cape Town is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their team. 

This role involves prospecting, lead generation, and converting leads into new business opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

 

        • Achieve or exceed business targets by selling and promoting the solution stack to new customers.
        • Meet cold calling targets in line with the customer visitation strategy.
        • Deliver a minimum of 3 new customer presentations per day.
        • Adopt and drive a solutions stack selling methodology through customer engagements.
        • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, track sales activities, and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner.
        • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify potential leads and develop effective sales strategies.
        • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote the products or services.

Requirements:

 

  • Matric.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales & Marketing/Business Administration.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Experience within the fleet management/vehicle tracking industry.
  • Strong prospecting and networking skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
