QUALIFIED SURVEYOR [CIVIL & CONSTRUCTION]
Location: Bellville, Western Cape.
Our client is looking for a Qualified Surveyor in the Western Cape. The ideal candidate would have experience with civil construction projects such as roads, bulk earthworks, pipelines, water and sewer infrastructure, stormwater, bridges, mining civil works and platforms and foundations.
Candidates with only residential property surveying or cadastral surveying won’t be considered.

- Manage civil engineering projects from start to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Oversee contracts, project planning, budgeting, procurement, and cost control.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare project reports and monitor overall project performance.

- Matric
- National Diploma or BTech in Civil Engineering (BEng/BSc advantageous).
- 8–10 years’ experience in civil engineering construction.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing civil engineering contracts (R5m–R100m).
- Experience with roads, pipelines, bulk earthworks, reservoirs, municipal infrastructure, or similar projects.
- Knowledge of GCC, FIDIC, NEC and/or JBCC contracts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
