Location: Pretoria

 

Our well-established client in the power sector is looking for a Senior Electrial Engineer candidate with experiene with HV and MV.

 

Responsibilities:

     

    • Work with High and Medium Voltage network integration studies.
    • Conduct project feasibility studies and prepare reports.
    • Coduct tender reviews.
    • Provide client interfacing where needed
    • Perfrom contract reviews.
    • Review technical specifications, drawings, and designs.
    • Support and coordinate: technical reviews, document reviews and technology pricing
    • Develop preliminary and conceptual electrical designs for: Fossil Fuel, Solar, Hybrid Energy Systems and Energy Storage Systems.

 

Requirements:
    •  

    • Matric
    • B.Eng in Electrical Engineering
    • Pr. Eng registration
    • 5+ years in network integration, modelling, and network planning
    • 5+ years in a consulting environment
    • Experience with DIgSILENT PowerFactory power system studies
