TRAINING COORDINATOR [FMCG]

Location: Durban

Our Client, based in Westmead, is looking for Training Coordinator to join their team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Input data into skills matrix.
  • Assisting managers with skills matrix and identification of skills gaps.
  • Compile training skills analysis.
  • Coordinate training programmes and skills development programmes based on Personal Development Plans.
  • Ensure the smooth training, evaluations and assessment of employees.
  • Implement skills plan to address skills gaps.
  • Ensure heath and safety standards are maintained.
  • Ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and customer standards.
  • Comply with audit standards.
  • HR/Training reporting.
  • Assist with WSP/ATR submission/discretionary grant applications.
  • Complete and update all timeous reports and stats.
  • Relevant administration duties.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Matric
  • Relevant degree or diploma
  • At least 1 year experience coordinating training.
  • Experience within the FMCG sector will be advantageous.
  • Must have working experience creating and updating a skills matrix.
  • Proficient on excel.
