Location: Johannesburg / Pretoria

Our international client is looking for a marketing professional to join their global team. This role is responsible for the overall coordination, administration, and support of the Marketing Project Manager on the successful delivery of assigned projects.




  • Co-ordinating the logistics of events and conferences in both preparation, and execution.
  • Source and set up voice overs, video shoots and other ad hoc duties for the wider marketing team.
  • Assisting with admin for advertising and other ad hoc tasks as needed.
  • Managing marketing team mailboxes and escalating emails that need attention from others.
  • Liaising with potential suppliers and colleagues on relevant tasks / projects.
  • Researching appropriate suppliers for ad hoc projects and liaising with them to obtain information, quotes etc.
  • Writing briefs for review.
  • Scheduling follow up, calls and meetings accordingly.
  • Compiling documents and reports for review.
  • Work as part of a wider team to help deliver campaigns efficiently.




  • Hold a bachelors degree / diploma in marketing.
  • Experience working within a busy marketing team or agency enviornment.
  • Strong administrative skills / experience.
  • Ability to be resourceful and a multi-tasker.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deadline driven.
  • Computer literate with experience working on cloud-based software, such as SharePoint, ClickUp and Teams.
