Location: Durban

Our Legal Client, based in Durban, is looking for an experienced Project and Admin Manager to join their team. The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong leadership qualities. The ability to strategize and prioritise effectively is vital. Candidate must be able to manage several teams simultaneously, with a high level of organisational and time management skill required.




  • Manage phases/processes in multiple projects.
  • Plan, develop, analyse, and implement admin processes.
  • Create documents.
  • Manage agreement receipts and payments.
  • Conveyancer appointments.
  • Manage Conveyancing administration processes.
  • Prepare division plans and programmes.
  • Train and manage a team of administrators.
  • Manage monthly budgets and claims.
  • Attend internal department meetings.
  • Attend Client meetings when required.
  • Monthly reporting.
  • Systems management.
  • Data analysis.
  • Responsible for quality assurance.



  • Matric.
  • Relevant degree or diploma will be beneficial.
  • At least four years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Must come from a Conveyancing or property background.
  • High level of organisation.
  • Advanced excel skills. Must be familiar with formulas, Vlook ups, pivot tables etc.
