Location: Upper Highway Area (Durban)

Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant to join the team. Office premises are moving, so candidates need to be willing to travel.




  • Email, diary / calendar assistance and communication.
  • Taking or updating and distribution of minutes in various company meetings.
  • Assist with the execution and coordination of brand campaigns incorporating give aways / competitions, social outreach programmes and sales activities in customer stores.
  • Uploading of prepared social media content onto various platforms.
  • Assisting with improvement projects and new products.
  • Helping management source, procure and follow up on the activation of in store point of sale.
  • Ensure company website is up to date, accurate, design to brand consistency is correct and up to date content is available. Collate company website analytics and assist with the activation of points to optimise search quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with the refreshing of monthly email footer designs.
  • Assist with updating customers websites and work with them to ensure pack shots, product information and range are accurate and up to date.
  • Process and collate customer satisfaction information from system for quality and customer complaints. Send out this information and assist with improvements required.
  • Assist sales with updating competitor database in standard format.
  • Assist with planning for company functions / conferences.
  • Managing distribution and replenishment of marketing consumable and promotional assets.
  • Assist with planning and booking of team building and key day events.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of marketing budgets and expenditure.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, appointments and adhoc support tasks.
  • Process sales reports, arrange / store on server and distribute on time.
  • Assist management the tasks as required.




  • Matric
  • Tertiary qualification in Administration would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and task management skills
  • Ability to accurately capture/record information
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid customer service attitude
  • Excellent organisational/project management skills
  • Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft software
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Good understanding of business financial functioning
