PAYROLL AND HR ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Riverhorse Valley

Our client based in Riverhorse Valley is looking for a Payroll & HR Administrator to join their team to perform the full Payroll function, administer leave forms and maintain staff files.

Pastel Payroll experience is advantageous

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Process monthly and weekly payrolls.
  • Administer the full Payroll function.
  • Administer leave forms
  • Maintain staff files
  • Draft contracts of employment from standard templates.
  • Process recruitment questionnaires.
  • Process credit and criminal checks on new employees.
  • Load daily banking.
  • Various adhoc administration duties.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • High attention to detail
  • Training certificate or tertiary qualification for Pastel Payroll advantageous.
