Our manufacturing client based in Durban is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team.




  • Administration of the weekly payrolls.
  • Pulling employee hours from the clocking system for payroll processing.
  • Onbaording and terminating of employees on the payroll and clocking systems.
  • Compilation of payroll and HR related reports.
  • Verifying working hours and pay rates.
  • Tracking employee absence.
  • Filing and updating of personnel records.
  • Distribution of payslips.
  • Attending to employee HR and payroll related queries.
  • Monitor the renewal and termination process of contracts.
  • General administration duties and assistance to the finance department.




  • Matric.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
  • Previous payroll administration experience.
  • Previous experience with payroll and clocking systems crucial.
  • Fully computer literate
