OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR [FMCG] - PRETORIA

Location: Pretoria

Our national FMCG client is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team to ensure all administrational aspects of operations processes are efficiently executed and to assist the operations manager as required.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Matching creditor’s documents and dispatch to head office
  • Matching cashbook documents and dispatch to head office
  • Assist with queries from creditors department.
  • Ensure that creditors EFT sheets are signed and send back to head office.
  • Manage and control petty cash and make out cash requisitions.
  • Request new vendor accounts and load vendor details on share point for approval.
  • Perform audit control processes by
  • Trip sheet control
  • GRN control
  • Assist Creditor Controller by verifying banking – daily.
  • Relieve invoice clerk.
  • Manage archiving.
  • Manage and control stock of pre-printed stationary.
  • Assist operations and branch managers when necessary.
  • Prepare documents and requesting COD payments from head office.
  • Process all Impact directs.
  • All sourcing documents for petty cash and cash requisitions to be send to head office.
  • Perform all other admin duties where needed

Requirements:

 

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics Management, or similar
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the FMCG environment.
  • Experience working on Syspro 6, MS Office/ Q Docs.
