Our client, based in Centurion, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator / Administrator to join their team.




  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.).
  • Create, maintain, and strengthen the company‚Äôs overall brand through all media avenues and social accounts.
  • All brochures, presentations, and websites are to be updated as and when needed.
  • Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation and maintaining a marketing database.
  • Publicises in magazines.
  • Keeps relevant manuals up to date.
  • Compiling quarterly newsletter for staff.
  • Compiles financial reports.
  • Controlling all marketing equipment.
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Executives.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation for Executives.
  • Organizing various events, conferences, and golf days.
  • Typing of all company correspondence and minutes for meetings.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients as and when required.
  • Site visits once a week and flying of company drone as and when required.




  • Tertiary qualification - advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an Admin / Personal Assistant role.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
