HR GRADUATE TRAINEE [TEMPORARY POSITION]

Location: KwaZulu-Natal

Our client is seeking an HR Graduate for a Graduate Trainee position within their team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Key performance areas include, but are not limited to:

  • Human resources administration and clerical tasks; including filing and capturing / maintaining employee records on SAP.
  • Recruitment and Selection.
  • Employee Relations.
  • Education and Training.
  • BBBEE.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility tasks.
  • Recording or typing of meetings’ minutes.
  • Helping with investigating and resolving employees’ payroll issues.
  • Assisting with monthly HR reporting.
  • Maintaining accurate performance management statistics.
  • Performing other ad hoc tasks.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Advanced Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • A postgraduate qualification.
  • Currently unemployed and happy to take on a temporary Trainee position.
  • Drivers license.
  • Computer literate (MS Office).
