HR CONSULTANT

Location: Remote

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join their team.

This role reports directly to the Head of People Consulting and offers a unique opportunity to deliver comprehensive HR support across a varied and dynamic client portfolio. As a HR Consultant you will provide tailored, high-impact solutions for businesses, manage client accounts, lead projects, and guide clients through key HR processes such as organisational change, employee relations, and policy creation.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Client advisory and support. Be the go-to HR expert for clients, offering strategic advice on employee relations, policy development, organizational restructuring, and other HR concerns.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, contributing to business development and ongoing engagement.
  • Develop customised contracts, employee handbooks, and policies tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Drive HR initiatives, including performance management strategies, training programs, and salary benchmarking.
  • Work closely with internal teams to plan workloads effectively and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of HR services.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or Employee Relations Advisor, ideally within a consultancy environment.
  • Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Expertise in handling complex disciplinary and grievance matters.
  • A relevant HR qualification.
  • Exceptional relationship management, communication, and organisational skills.
