GROUP HR MANAGER

Location: Vereeniging

Our Client, based in the Vereeniging region, is looking for an experienced Group HR Manager to join their team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • IR related duties including but no limited to- Disciplinary hearings, drafting and issuing of final written warning, termination of service, dismissals
  • HR administration- payroll, provident funds, UIF, staff loans, Non-union meetings agenda and minutes, Annual Leave Entitlement, Unpaid/Absenteeism and Sick Leave Reports
  • End-to-end Recruitment, advertising positions, recruitment, drafting contracts, on boarding, inductions.
  • Compiling and presenting HR related information, reports, dashboards, Skills Development and Employment Equity Reports.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Matric
  • Relevant tertiary qualification: Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Psychology
  • 4-5 years HR Generalist/ HR Consultant experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the SA labor legislation which includes BCEA, LRA, OHS, EE, and POPI Acts and other legislation.
  • Happy to travel to other sites when needed.
  • Drivers license and own vehicle.
