Futurelink Global Recruitment (that's us!) is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Staffing Team.
We are offering a great opportunity for ambitious, relationship driven individuals with at least 1 year recruitment experience (however we are open to training ‘newbies’ too), to market our full range of services and become part of our successful team of consultants. Duties include, but not limited to:
Full function recruitment services for our clients; with a focus on permanent staffing solutions (but welcoming the chance to recruit temporary staff too). This includes, but is not limited to: -
Managing advertising of vacancy, in conjunction with Marketing Officer.
Sourcing and headhunting.
Interviewing and shortlisting.
Facilitating interview process with client.
Prospecting of clients / lead generation.
Arranging introductory meetings with potential clients.
On-boarding of clients.
Account management thereafter.

This includes on-going office and managerial support, plus training, in order for you to realise your potential, with unlimited earning opportunities. The package on offer includes a basic plus commission.

- Tertiary qualification.
- FMCG industry experience is advantageous.
- 3-5 years experience within an advertising agency.
- Experience with packaging design, in-store point of sale and consumer promotions.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Looking for someone who is confident in growing their own accounts and who can work independently.
