Location: Upper Highway (Durban)

Our client based in Durban is looking for an HR Assistant to join their team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring administrative duties are maintained within the HR Department.




  • Filling
  • Data Capturing
  • Updating Files
  • Conducting Pre-screenings and scheduling interviews
  • Liaising with Payroll, Benefits on behalf of employees
  • Setting up Criminal Checks and medicals for new employees
  • Conducting reference checks and scheduling exit interviews
  • Creating New Employee Files and updating the E-files and File audits
  • Minute Taking, answering calls and treating all documents in a confidential manner
  • Observing in Hearings, Disciplinaries and Interviews
  • Involvement in Special Projects




  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management
  • Data Capturing Experience
  • Filing Experience
  • Microsoft Office Experience
