Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced and qualified Financial Administrator to join their team in Boksburg.




  • General administration support to sales and financial departments.
  • Filing physical and digital documents.
  • Debtors administration.
  • Sales invoicing and processing credit notes.
  • Loading of documents on client portals.
  • Sending invoices and statements to clients.
  • Facilitating collections and handling queries.
  • Handling credit applications.
  • Recording receipts in the cash book and open item allocations.
  • Reporting on outstanding debtors to management.
  • Ensuring compliance with SARS/SADC export regulations.
  • Managing credit risk and reporting to credit insurance risk providers.
  • Payroll Administration.
  • Time and attendance records keeping.
  • Processing of weekly hourly wages.
  • Printing of reports and payslips.
  • Finalising week and month ends.
  • Processing Year end shutdown wages.
  • Knowledge of Bargaining Councils.
  • Leave administration.




  • Matric.
  • Relevant tertiary education (eg, Financial Accounting, Business Administration etc)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience.
  • Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
  • Proficiency in Microsofy Excel.
  • Experience using Sage Pastel Evolution or Sage VIP Payroll (Premier).
