Location: Durban North

Our client in Durban is looking for a Personal Assistant / Project Coordinator / Office Manager to join their team.




  • Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing complex, busy diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Manager/Executive
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports and correspondence
  • Preparation of board packs for EXCO
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Personal errands for Manager/Executive




  • Matric with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Own vehicle (for errands).
  • Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint.
  • Highly organised, with an astute ability to multitask.ly.
