Our international client is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join their marketing team.




  • Assisting with all digital activities and any additional tasks that may arise.
  • Assisting the Social Media Manager with daily posting and social listening.
  • Scheduling social media posts for the following week.
  • Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
  • Community management of all social platforms.
  • Daily Social Media Roundup.
  • Weekly social media metrics report.
  • Organic social media community growth.
  • Conducting market research and creating reports.
  • The above will apply to at least 5 brands, with multiple social accounts / platforms.
  • Monthly and Quarterly reports.
  • Screenshots of all social posts for each month, in preparation for monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Identify social media opportunities by staying informed on the latest social media changes, updates, trends and new features.
  • Assisting with the setup, deployment and reporting on digital emails.




  • Degree or diploma in marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing.
  • Experience working on social media for business.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Administratively focused.
  • Good communicator both written and verbal.
  • Willing to work a 1 year contract.
