ACCOUNT MANAGER [SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE]
Location: Johannesburg
Our Client, based in Johannesburg, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate must have experience managing key accounts, focusing on expansion, customer satisfaction, Net Promoter Score (NPS), building strong relationships, and developing accounts into strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and implement tailored account strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate objectives into actionable plans.
- Become proficient in company solutions to educate customers on maximizing ROI.
- Guide customers to achieve measurable business outcomes using provided solutions.
- Identify and execute opportunities for product and service expansion.
- Drive customer satisfaction and maintain high customer feedback scores.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term trust and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary contact for strategic accounts, fostering collaboration and value delivery.
- Share customer insights internally to support strategy alignment and product development.
Requirements:
- Matric.
- Relevant degree or diploma will be beneficial.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably managing enterprise-level accounts.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, and driving product adoption.
- Experience in SaaS, cloud-based platforms, or technology solutions is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management and collaboration tools is a plus.
- Own vehicle (for Client visit purposes)
